Employee Safety
and Skills Training
We understand the importance of keeping our employees up to date on key safety requirements. All
of our employees are required to participate in a variety of safety
and skill training programs:
- New Induction HAZMAT and Blood Borne pathogen awareness
- General Job safety and skills assessment analysis
- Monthly “Tool Box” Safety Meetings
- Semi-annual Skills Training programs
Janitorial Training
Center
August Groh & Sons maintains a janitorial training center
which provides a laboratory module, restroom module, closed office
module and open office module. The facility is used for centralized training
of new employees as well as updating existing staff on the latest techniques
in order to ensure superior quality service to our customers.
