PROCESS

The following technique is involved in refurbishing a piece of furniture:

    • Removal of hardware and laminate top
    • Installation of new laminate top
    • Sanding of furniture surfaces
    • Removal of dents
    • Application of primer as necessary
    • Application of one or two finishing coats, as requested
    • Application of teflon grease to drawer tracks, slides and locking devices
    • Reassembling and protectively wrapping furniture for shipment

PAINTING

An environmentally-friendly fast-drying acrylic enamel that's abrasion-, chemical- and impact-resistant is used for refinishing furniture. It is applied using a high-volume, low pressure paint gun that's EPA required and OSHA approved, in a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled, closed-cabin spray booth.
